Ivy Mellow~ Owner/Chef

Ivy Mellow is the proud owner of Ivy’s Simply Homemade. Ivy’s culinary career started at an early age where she would help her mother at work, setting tables and folding napkins after school at a beautiful restaurant and inn. Her love of adventure has given Ivy opportunities to travel around the world where she continued to grow her passion for creating and cooking. Ivy has been in the industry for the past 20 years and has worked with local restaurants and catering companies along the New England shoreline.

In May of 2011 Ivy, along with her partner Bill, opened a small store front with food to go. With great support from our local community Ivy has also created a full service catering company. You will find Ivy cooking in the kitchen, doing deliveries or on site at a catered event. ​

Karen’s sincere demeanor, organizational skills, passion for creative presentation and her drive to go above and beyond will ensure a flawless event. Sophia Dunn~ Catering Coordinator

​Sophia’s interest in event planning stemmed from hosting a variety of personal events for her friends and family, even throwing parties for her dog.  Her excitement about meeting new people comes from her background in education and her extensive travel abroad.  She would love to design for you a beautifully crafted event with a menu to match!

Brook  Wiersch ~ Chef

Brook brings her worldly experiences to our kitchen. Brook loves to work with many spices and herbs, especially those she worked with in Central America. Her love of creativity in the culinary arts gives Brook a unique perspective with creating dishes for catering and the store.
