You can choose either the Seaside Amphitheatre with wood bench seating open to the spectacular seascape backdrop or the Grand Stone Pergola naturally decorated by the romantic climbing wisteria vines.  

The Eolia Mansion only hosts one event per day, so it is just about you and your guests! 

The intimacy and beauty of this seaside mansion captures our hearts with the beautifully landscaped gardens with seasonal floral blooms, acres of lush green lawn, and captivating views of Long Island Sound.  The mansion is simple elegance with an interior inspired by soft shades of color that immediately is welcoming to you as you walk through the front door. Couples can showcase their own style with decorating enhancements brought in to be personally arranged in each room. A private suite awaits you and your wedding party if you decide to get ready on-site or finish those last-minute touches right before the ceremony. With a cozy sitting area and air conditioning, it is a perfect place to take a minute before you say I do!

No matter the season, photo options are an endless discovery of possibilities. We highly suggest taking a walk all around the property before your day to scout out those special locations with your photographer.  Have fun exploring and stop by Ivy’s first to grab a picnic lunch to go!

What is included:

The Mansion has a variety of round and rectangular tables, 30 white padded chairs for a Pergola ceremony along with 150 indoor white chiavari chairs that complement the interior setting. The patio tent extends the party outdoors during cocktail hour and to dance the night away! Do not forget to peek at the caterer’s quarters. While it is not an actual functioning kitchen, it is a cool space that allows our Chef and crew plenty of room to prepare your personalized menu on-site.
